izZzleep Aeropuerto Terminal 2

El hecho de que está en el aeropuerto y muy cerca de una salida/entrada a la terminal 2 y sala de espera para tomar autobuses.

Durante mis dos noches de estancia no hubo agua, al parecer por daños en una tubería por trabajos en la terminal qué hicieron de la estancia qué ko fuese del todo placentera.

Excelente para viajes express, es bastante comodo y con buena atención. Cumple las expectativas para lo que es y se muestra en las fotos, las áreas son muy limpias.

No hubo agua, se entiende que fue por la obra en proceso pero hicieron ver "que habia un pequeño problema y se soluciona" hubiera preferido que dijeron que no iba a ver agua y que dieran alguna bonificacion, por lo menos para toallitas húmedas, en vez se hacer ver que si iba a haber agua.

The pod itself was great staff were very friendly and helpful

The fact that there is no lift needs to be explicitly explained as with a heavy case and a backpack getting up those stairs at 4am after a 11hr 45min flight was not fun. Also to find out that there was no water so the toilets and showers were out of use was a pain and inconvenience to use the airport bathroom.

En la terminal 1 todo bien

Al llegar no contaban con servicio de agua y después de transbordar por casi una hora me regresaron a otra terminal

I got there at 1 am after 2 hours by bus… the attendant “Karen” told me that they did not have water several hours from my arrival. Forcing me to stay in a place that I was not even able to use the toilet. They could email me ahead of time to fix or go to another place. Izzzleep did not…. At 1 am what could I do??????????? On top of that , on the paper sheet that they made me sign , they asked if I needed the wake up service…. I did ask for that, and guess what??? Not even that!!! I will never set foot on this place again !!! 😒😒😒

Está horrible, mejor suspendan el servicio si no lo pueden ofrecer por las reparaciones, no había ni agua para el baño, tuvimos que irnos a quedar a otra parte, y ni reembolso de nuestro dinero nos hacen.
