The romm flooring is slippery. Bath room flooring is greasy and slippery, NO foot mat provided. Room service is very bad

Booking .com quoted below 7000 including taxes but the Hotel charged 7750-00. The manager of teh Hotel could not explain the discrepancy

"Capital Hotel! My fav"

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms werw neat and tidy. The bathroom and the shower were so good without any bits of dirt or germs.

But the shower was kinda tacky to handle!
