It is a nicely decorated apartment.

The location of the apartment is about 15 minutes walking away from where it was supposed to be. Parking is impossible in Bilbao. Staff was not helpful in helping us with this.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. The room was comfortable and very clean but the shower needs some attention. Communication about getting to the property and accessing your room was very good.

The shower cubicle & tiles need attention quite a lot of mold.

La situació al mig del casc antic, tot I que implica una mica de soroll.

Amb el filtre d'ascensor, vaig reservar i l'apartament no en tenia... vaig demanar un canvi perquè anava amb persones grans amb mobilitat reduïda i no van aportar cap alternativa mostrant-se gens empàtics, sense cap consciència del que significa la situació. El bany era molt petit.
