•ロケーション抜群ゲルニカに行く鉄道駅に徒歩5分バスステーションへはメトロ(バスはスーツケースを拒否される)も同じ場所旧市街でたくさんのBARが徒歩5分以内新市街、グッゲンハイムへも徒歩圏内 •オシャレでカッコいいインテリア •ベッド広く寝心地良い

この部屋(3号室)だけかもしれませんが、、、 •シャワーの湯がほとんど出ない。頭を洗うのは相当ストレスを感じる。 3泊なので一泊目でスタッフにクレームしたが、どうにもならず。 •ドライヤーが壊れていて、交換をお願いしたが、予備無し。 •デスクはカッコいいが奥行き狭すぎて役に立たず。 •枕元のコンセントが通電していなくて、初日スマホの充電し損なった。 •セーフティボックスは壊れていて使えず。 •大きな窓はあるが、陽の入らない狭い内庭に面していて明かり取りにはならず。

Hôtel très bien situé, très beau, très propre. Les communications sont faciles même s'il n'y a pas d'employés sur place.

On promettait un patio, il n'y en avait pas. Aussi, j'aurais aimé savoir que les chambres standards sont sans fenêtres et que la "vue sur une cour intérieure" soit plutôt une "vue sur un vide sanitaire". Je considère que la description de la chambre était malhonnête. Voir photo de la cour intérieure.

Good communication throughout, so finding the property and key code entry all straight forward. Very clean, powerful shower, comfortable beds. Our room (#6) had balcony and windows on to street below and surprisingly quiet. There is a lift to all floors. Fabulous location in old town. Stones throw from Cathedral, and cafes, bars, restaurants all around. 3 mins walk to Metro. Close to airport. Owner supplies list of recommended restaurants.
