Gostamos muito do quarto, por ser novo, amplo, arejado e limpo. As refeições também atenderam às nossas expectativas.

O espaço e atividades para adolescentes e adultos não foramcomo esperávamos. Pelas fotos na internet, pensamos ter mais animais na fazendinha, com acesso a todos aos animais pequenos, mas constatamos que havia apenas coelhos e estes só poderiam ser vistos de perto por crianças até 12 anos e em horários específicos. Por exemplo, num dos dias fomos visitar a Fazenda do Chocolate, também localizada em Itu, e pudemos alimentar e ver de perto as cabras com filhotes e outros animais. Esperávamos algo desse tipo, já que as outras atividades eram destinadas apenas a crianças até 12 anos. Para a idade entre 13 e 18 há apenas a piscina e as quadras de jogos, mas para quem não gosta de jogar bola, não sobra quase nada. O bosque é bem pequeno também. Se fosse apenas para mim e meu marido, estaria bom, mas como levamos nossa filha de 17 anos, ela ficou chateada sem nada para fazer e sem ninguém da idade dela. Como o hotel planeja atividades apenas para crianças menores, não atrai jovens mais velhos. Acabamos voltando um dia antes. A localização do hotel também não é muito boa. Há um trecho de terra para chegar até o local e tivemos o azar de furar o pneu numa das idas à cidade.

Refeições de qualidade muito ruim . Eu e minha família acordamos a noite inteira tendo que beber agua . Eu ate me levanto normalmente pra tomar agua na madrugada , mas meus filhos e esposa não . Nao sei o que colocam na comida , mas enfim….

Ar condicionado fora do local devido, acabava nao amenizando a temperatura.

The entertainment staff was amazing, they really made the trip. The food and restaurant services were good. The front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel management should review some things like- customer care and overall maintenance

The check in time is an extremely late, we’ve arrived at 2:30 and we had to pay the early check in fee even though there was a room ready for us. We also paid the room upgrade because the older rooms are very outdated. The hotel cleaning and maintenance should be reviewed. As well as guest relationship like allowing a free of charge early check in when the room is ready, free room upgrades… just like big hotels do in order to retain their customers.

My stay at Brisa Itu was great! The hotel is surrounded by trees, which makes a big difference, especially for those escaping the madness of Sao Paulo. I love waking up to the sound of roosters. The rooms turned out beautiful after the renovation, and the beds are super comfortable. The hotel staff is really energetic and always comes up with fun activities. The food is homemade, and I loved the gluten-free options and real espresso coffee. I enjoy it!

There are plenty of activities for all ages, and the live music creates a fun atmosphere every day, but the volume can get a bit loud at times. I stayed in a room on the top floor, which gave me a nice workout going up the stairs as they do not have an elevator yet. I heard they plan to install an elevator soon, making it even more convenient for future guests.

The recreation for the kids were really good and my daughter loved them. The food was delicious and the pool with warm water was a plus. Wi-fi works very well in all areas of the hotel.

The size of the standard room is small for a family with 4 people, with limited space for our luggage. During the period that we stayed there the hotel was refurbished and there was a lot of construction noise, we were looking for a place to rest for 3 days and we had 3 days with disturb all day and as a remediation we got a voucher of 15% discount in our next stay, however we live so far that this will not be able to be applied.

Staff attention, quick response on any request, linen are too cozy, thanks Jessica, Gabriell and all the staff!
