"Great short stay in the city of Dundee at Staybridge Suites."

We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and there was a comfy couch. The aircon was very effective. The bathroom and shower we very good with great products. The location was in a quiet are of the city within a short walk to the city centre.

"Lite väl mycket stordrift men rent och centralt."

Utsikt rätt in i en byggarbetsplats. Av någon anledning hade vi fått ett handikappanpassat rum med pyttelitet handfat placerat väldigt lågt och stor dusch utan duschförhänge. Opraktiskt. Ok frukost.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders schön war der tolle Blick vom 3. Stock auf Dundee. Auch das Badezimmer und die Küche waren modern eingerichtet.

Der erste Kontakt mit dem Personal war leider negativ. Es empfanden wir als unfreundlich, dass für einen Check-in vor 15:00 Uhr ein Aufpreis verlangt wird. Wir waren bereits knapp dreieinhalb Stunden früher vor Ort, konnten aber immerhin unsere Koffer abgeben und die Stadt erkunden. Gegen 14:00 Uhr kamen wir zurück ins Hotel und wurden gebeten, noch kurz zu warten, bis man uns Bescheid gebe, sobald das Zimmer fertig sei. Kurz vor 15:00 Uhr löste ein Fehlalarm aus. Danach ging die Rezeptionistin in den Feierabend, ohne uns über den Stand unseres Zimmers zu informieren. Erst auf Nachfrage bei einer anderen Mitarbeiterin erfuhren wir, dass das Zimmer längst fertig war. Wenn man ankündigt, Bescheid zu geben, sollte man das auch tun. Leider roch es zudem am ersten Abend im Zimmer nach Fett, vermutlich aufgrund der Klimaanlage oder anderer Lüftungsanlagen aus einem anderen Zimmer.
