I wanted to help a homeless person shower and put clean cloths on but they wouldn't allow any in without ID

It was ok

For my needs - a place to sleep, no disturbances, a great price, a refrigerator and a microwave - this was THE place. "Mike" at the front desk was calm, welcoming and helpful. The property is not a luxury destination, but everything was entirely adequate for ALL of my needs, and if I need a place in the Philadelphia/Wilmington area again, I will be seeking out the Super Lodge in New Castle, DE again.

Police were called first night for a DV situation, the room lacked smoke detectors, had mold, ripped sheets & no safety bar on the door. The ONLY good thing was the proximity to Wilmington, as we were in town for the music festival.

Rude front desk, they are described as pet friendly with Expedia but when we showed up they say no pets and not refunds, very rude! Not recommended!

There was too many people hanging around in the parking lots near the rooms.

Shady ass hotel, asked for non smoking instead got smoking, also the receptionist Indian guy needs to stop having an attitude, speak in a nice tone talks to us if we are criminals, room needs to be clean
