Low level of cleanliness

Bugs everywhere, room stinks, dirty beds. I had an extra blanket and used that. I’m not getting under those covers

Sink leaked. Bathtub brown. Sketch neighborhood. Smelled like smoke

Property needs to be upgraded the room smelled of old smoke and the carpet was filthy

I hated it. It was filthy, with moldy fixtures, dirty walls, broken bed and a ton of people hanging around begging for food and money. In fact the police were there during the night for a fentanyl overdose in the parking lot. The smoke detector was disabled. You ought to be ashamed to represent this property. You ought to give us a refund.

All I wanted after driving all day was to get online, take a shower, and get some sleep. I couldn't do any of those. The wifi is down, the shower is just a trickle, and one of my neighbors is having a loud party, well past midnight. Just a horrible experience, I will find somewhere else for my return trip.

Staff is horrible, rooms are smelly, mold in bathrooms. Will never go back!
