"Great location, very clean, good value."

Location, location, location as it was walkable to many attractions in Palermo. Electric kettle in our room plus coffee in shared kitchen, no breakfast provided which we knew b4 arrival. Able to drop suitcases and check-in later. Met by landlord with orientation to apt.

No microwave nor hot plate nor stove. Some issues with lift not working. Apt on fifth floor, some stairwells were dark.

La posizione è centrale, essendo al quinto piano e ottimamente insonorizzata non si sentono i rumori della movida. La camera è spaziosa come il bagno ... È possibile tenere il riscaldamento acceso o spento. L' accoglienza è stata puntuale e ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima di fare il check-in. Comodo il terrazzino per fare colazione o il pranzo.

Non c'è un servizio di svuotamento immondizia della camera almeno ogni due giorni.

Das Badezimmer war penibel sauber und sehr neu! Die Location ist super, direkt in der Altstadt auf einer sehr lebhaften Straße mit vielen tollen Boutiquen und Restaurants

Das Bett war ziemlich unbequem

Perfect location, you couldn't be more central, the room amazing very clean.

The lift wasn't working as i am not that fit climbing the stairs until the fifth floor, was not easy, especially with the suitcases

Super zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig gut erreichbar, zur Busstation ( zB Flughafen) 5 Minuten, Unterkunft sehr sauber, schönes Ambiente, gut beheizt (draußen hatte es 10 Grad), netter Balkon

Einziges Manko: Lift (5. Stock) funktioniert nicht immer, aber Treppensteigen hält fit.

La struttura si trova in punto strategico per visitare a piedi la città. La via pedonale è ricca di negozi, bar, ristoranti e friggitorie. La zona è molto pulita. La struttura essendo all'ultimo piano vanta una magnifica vista sulla città, molto apprezzato il balconcino.

La struttura non è super pulita e non offre uno spazio comune in cui magari fare colazione. Ma, purtroppo, la cosa peggiore è che il wc non è attaccato alla fogna pertanto non si può buttare nel wc neanche la carta igienica.
