Great location right in the heart of Patong – once you step outside, you’re directly on the main street and next to the bazaar, which is super convenient. The balcony with sea view is really nice, and you can close the curtains for privacy. Facilities are generally clean and well maintained. Biggest highlight: the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always smiling and helpful. For the price, this place is honestly hard to beat.

Nothing major to complain about. As expected for the location, it can get a bit lively outside, but that’s part of staying in central Patong. Overall, very fair for what you pay.
