Localizacao, cordialidade da equipe, estrutura do edificio.

Conforto em geral e atenção a detalhes, principalmente com relacao à qualidade de roupas de banho e de cama, amenities e itens de alimentacao no cafe da manha (unica refeicao eu fizemos no hotel). Fizemos reserva contando com o ponto de carregamento rapido para veiculo 100% eletrico (conforme indicacao do hotel), porém só funcionava como uma tomada convencional (meu carro levaria 105 horas para carregar). Solicitamos local para somente deixar as malas, antes do check in, e a resposta foi que "o hotel nao contava com este servico".

Localização e limpeza

Atendimento confuso, erraram no check-in da minha filha, pediram pagamento duplicado, demoraram para dar um cobertor pro meu sogro que estava com frio, apartamento com cortinas tapando o sol pela metade, sem tomadas, pagamento em poucas parcelas diferente de outros locais da região.
