Refugio Pullao

Loved the solitude and peaceful surroundings. The room and the food was really great too. Staff were all awesome.

Not much we didn’t like … perhaps there should have been some warning about the crazy condition of the road to get there and some more direction - like a couple of tiny signs along the way into there. We did ok though.

Incredible location - it's quiet, amazing views, and fun to get to. It's a challenge to get there, but that's part of what makes it unique and a great place to stay!

We didn't know dinner had to be ordered in advance of the evening, so we weren't able to eat at the hotel on our first night

This was the BEST hotel I stayed at on my 3 week trip in Chile! The view was unbeatable and the rooms were beautiful. Absolute luxury, peace and quiet, and the ladies working at reception were the most helpful and kind people I met on my trip. Both of them helped me booked future hotels, plan my open ended trip and were great to talk to. Didn’t get to try the dinner here but I’m sure it’s wonderful, as breakfast was great.

The views from the room are amazing! You get a front row seat to the wetland and the Michimahuida in the background. A truly unique view. The staff was extremely friendly, and they were very helpful, always asking how they could make our stay better. The breakfast was very good, with freshly home made bread & yogurt, fresh fruit and local cheese. Dinners were also very good! I would have loved to stay longer and I will definitely come back if visiting Chiloe.

It would have made things better if the shampoo and conditioner bottles had been labelled. The thermostat was not the easiest to use, but we managed.

We had a wonderful time. The staff go out of their way to make sure everyone enjoys their stay.
