Prestige apart-hotel

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The marble floor made a great impression, and the large refrigerator and good TV were appreciated. The hotel also stored our luggage after check-out, allowing us to go out for a meal without carrying our bags.

There was no instant coffee provided in the room. The check-in and check-out instructions on Booking.com could have been clearer. I would have appreciated at least one cleaning service during the week-long stay. The price felt quite high compared to what a similarly priced higher-end hotel would offer.

La propriété n'est pas d'un hôtel prestige. Les draps trop courts et petits par rapport à la taille du lit. Manque des serviettes, manque des chaussures de chambre.

I like the location in heart of city , close to the park. Bed was good and comfy. I really loved the bath as got caught by rain and felt so cold. There was shower gel and shampoo , earbuds etc. And pretty funny hair dryer that looked like hoover . Big wardrobe witj 1 hanger. A/C which I tried to turn on , but not sure how . TV with different canals but as well I couldn't make it work. Sitting area with 2 sofas . Coffee table is too high so you can't eat while sitting on sofa.

Entrance bit sketchy- in middle of 2 buildings and graffiti on walls. There is no reception so it's not really like hotel. Likely more bigger rooms / apartment ( no hall, you walk straight into room. When you want to check in someone comes and give you keys and shows the room. Cleanliness could be a bit better, as so much dust flew around when you walk in room or bathroom. Style of room is from 80s and tries to imitate luxury of higher society of that time, but feels tacky now. ( please - find good interior designer , it needs just little update! ) There is only kettle and nothing else , nothing in minibar( fridge) , it was empty. Even in much cheaper hotels they leave complimentary teabags/ coffee. Just beside shower was light with non covered bulb, I was concerned about safety , please use specific bathroom lighting which is waterproof and you can't get electroluted while showering! Also there is ongoing reconstruction of stairveil. Payment - is confusing. My bank showed me taking payment from them, when I arrived they returned it. And next day when I had to leave , the payment had to be done again as they said it was frozen!Don't understand why they didn't ask for payment on the day of coming. I paid by Revolut. This accommodation has huge potential and I've seen effort to modernise on stairs , but please please - find good interior designer that can make it beautiful! Not random pieces of furniture put together! I give more stars just for its potential.
