Горячая вода и телевизор

Это не классический отель — выкуплен подъезд, в котором вместо квартир сделаны «отдельные номера». Номер не соответствует заявленной цене: он плохо убран, лифта нет, и мне пришлось самой поднимать чемоданы. В душевой сломана лейка, а в ванной — хоть и есть душ — об рукоятку смесителя легко поранить руку. Я заехала около 19:00, но мне не разрешили выехать в 13:00 на следующий день, объяснив это тем, что персонал якобы не успеет убрать номер для следующих гостей (хотя за два часа вполне можно привести его в порядок).

The apartment is in the centre and close to everything!

– Over half of the outlets didn't work – The closing mechanism on the windows was basically broken on one window – The mirror was broken: Cutting hazard – The bed was broken, the wood under the mattress had a hole, so there was a whole depression on one side of the bed – The mechanism to open the blinds was broken, so no light came into the apartment
