Leaving the hotel!

0 customer service after the booking. Customer service was completely unavailable by phone, would not respond to emails and not available in person. The room was the noisiest we have ever stayed in (have been to over 20 European cities). They confirmed our check in time days in advance and said someone would be there to meet us. But 8 hours before our agreed time of arrival- through booking.com they sent email to ask us to email them directly, stating reception was closing early and send pics of our photo id with current mailing address, front and back of credit card. They said once they received this documentation then they would give us the code to access our keys. I stated booking.com and our bank said not to send that information. They requested a second time. For 8 hours we didn’t know if we would have a place to stay. We arrived and the guy working in their restaurant gave us our keys with no issues. Wi-Fi would go in and out. Refrigerator was blowing hot air even when we turned down. Ac- would blow cold air, but couldn’t set temp just had to turn off when cool enough then turn on when it warmed up. Staff was never around and never replied to any emails. We stayed 2 nights and it was bad!

Osoblje je veoma prijatno, lokacija je odlična. Higijena je na visokom nivou, sobe su prostrane taman koliko treba.

La habitación está muy caliente.

Muchas gracias por el check-in antes la hora estipulada (17h) que es muy tarde. Se recomienda 15h.

La cama!!! Te quedas en un hotel porque tienes que dormir en algún sitio, pero cuando se ve que el colchón está hundido entiendes que tiene muchos años ya! Y así era, no cómodo.

El personal de recepció molt simpàtic i atent. L'habitació molt neta i pràctica.

Le personnel est serviable, plusieurs restaurants à proximité, le train est à 3 minutes de marche donc il est facile de se rendre au centre de Barcelone en transport en commun en environ 45-60 minutes, selon où on va. Le lit est très grand et confortable.La pression de la douche est bonne.

Le coin est un peu miteux, mais je me suis tout de même sentie en sécurité. Le lit et la salle de bain étaient très propres, mais le garde-robe d’entrée moins. Aussi, c’est un coin très bruyant, beaucoup de chiens qui jappent et la fenêtre donne sur l’intérieur du bâtiment, et c’était très bruyant quand les gens rentraient et sortaient. C’est très mal insonorisé, on entend tout.

Cercano a la ciudad de Barcelona.

Sin insonorización, mucho ruido exterior.
