We had a lovely stay at Roaches cottages. We stayed in Smithy cottage which was beautiful and in a stunning location. The host was excellent and very helpful. I would definitely recommend for families. We would love to come a stay again.
Cottage comfortable and warm every basics house hold are available.
Property needed some care and attention and a deep clean. Downstairs shower didn’t work, upstairs shower leaked, bedside lamp exposed wires and although advertised there was no internet. Unfortunately had very noisy neighbours. Arrival milk and cake was appreciated!
Was ok for what we needed it for, 2 adults and 2 children on a long weekend to Alton Towers. Not really equipped fully if you wanted to utilise the kitchen and overall not very clean, needs a good spring clean to bring up to a good standard. Lovely location and beautiful views over the Peak District.
