Traditional house, we’ll geared , plenty of space , maybe a higher ceiling bathroom for tall guest would make sense

location and the history of the property

problems with hot water. drains on the ground floor sink and bathroom did not drain well. Noise between floors eg the second floor bedrooms could hear bathroom noise from above and below
