"Bottom line of acceptable stay"

Good location, acceptable breakfast

Not clean, nothing is properly working, beads and pillows are dirty, hairs on the bed, not comfortable beds and I could not sleep decently

Was good for the money I paid Cheap and in the 10 minute walk to the gondola 🚠 Staff are really nice

Was dusty and I had to ask every day to change the towels because they didn't change it The linen was a little dirty when I arrived

Идеальное отношение цены и качества . Номер с видом на горы, очень тепло, я даже открывала балкон что б снизить температуру . На завтраке можно найти все что нужно : яйца мясо овощи сыры и сладкие варианты завтрака . Сам отель находиться в 10 минутах хотьбы от гондолы . И примерно столько же до центра где улица с традиционалтными ресторанами « махана э

Nice family run hotel in Bansko. Excellent price and good location. Walking distance from old town and from Skilift. Tasty breakfast with fire place and view on mountains. Free parking available along the road. Short term parking for on and offloading in front of the hotel (no idling please). Rooms are cleans and with very nice view on the Pirin mountains.

"Great little studio close to everything!"

Really nice hosts. 15 min walk from bus station and big supermarket. 20min to gondola. Really nice small studio with kitchen facilities and amazing hot modern shower with great water pressure 👌 It's needed after long day skiing. The heating worked perfectly and the place was really warm all night.

Cannot think of anything.
