Mayfair Hotel

Excellent service

We loved the look and feel of the room. However, the aircon was only blowing cold air even with the temperature set on hot. The air freshener in the hallway floor takes away from the Hotel's aesthetics. The staff could also being a lot friendlier than they are, no smile from the front desk to the kitchen.

great vide the buffet needs improvement, for the price you pay one would epect more food and of a highre standard

The guy who checked us in -Amos , he was very welcoming and friendly - kudos to him . The room is comfy and clean , the only problem I encountered was the air-con was not working , either than that everything was nice .

It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in, the fact that it next to a mall makes it more convinient. It was a 10/10 for me.

Clean rooms, hotel was quiet and next to a mall but did not use the mall on this occasion. Bed comfort could have been better.

First time @ Mayfair and definitely not my last time too. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

Great hotel ... great people ... great area ... so all-in-all, great!
