Property Notes

When booking full board, note that drinks are not included. Check-in is from 14:30. You are welcome to arrive earlier, and make use of our swimming pool or other facilities. We try to accommodate early arrivals, subject to room availability. Unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed, if the room was occupied on the previous night. Check-out is prior to 11:00 on the day of departure. Again, we try to accommodate late check-outs, subject to room availability. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed, if the room is booked for the evening. If we are unable to accommodate a late check-out, we will happily store your luggage while you enjoy our facilities. Lunch Full Board & Activity- price includes lunch (served from 1pm to 2.30pm) either on the day of arrival or on departure. If you wish to have lunch on both arrival and departure days, there will be an extra charge for the second lunch. No pets allowedPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Stunning Remote Lodge away from the chaos but a sheer delight"

Loved the location and property - really a stunning venue. The service, food was amazing and really nothing to complain about. The only reason I gave them 4/5 was due to our aircon that didn’t work. At close to 7k a night - they were going to put a small fan in the room to keep it warm and I said definitely not. They than moved us to another room however made a point of mentioning they upgraded us as it was just for an evening. Barring that the place is stunning and if you looking for a quiet remote getaway this is the place to go.

"One of our best indulgent stays ever."

The views are fantastic and so were the food and service. A surprise candlelight bath was a treat especially after a very cold week long camping hike. We loved it and will be back.

Excellent landscape and view from the bedroom, woodburning stove very atmospheric. Knowledgeable helpful guide to view flowers in Biedouw valley. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and accomodating.
