The location is absolutely PERFECT! The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean (bathroom as well). The decoration & architecture of the hotel is very beautiful, it feels like a little oasis in the center of a busy city like Lisbon.

The service at the pool bar was not the best, the pool staff were noisy, not professional enough for a 5 star hotel and they took ages to come see if we needed water or something to drink, I had to go see them at the bar and ask them for a menu twice in two days after being at the pool in front of them for at least 1 hour and 40 minutes. If not, the rest was just perfect :)

The staff are exceptional, we were treated extremely well and nothing was a problem. Many of the staff made small but meaningful relationships with my children that just were the cherry on top

There was nothing I didn’t like. The hotel isn’t cheap, but, it’s 5* service and facilities. If you don’t want or need this I’m sure there are good options - I only say this so readers know we acknowledge the cost but believe it is more than worth it based on our values

Belle réfection d'une magnifique demeure, personnel pro et disponible très bien placé dans une rue calme équipement prises et wifi top idéal pour pro Superbe chambre très propre ouvrant sur terrasse permettant un accès direct par l'extérieur à la très belle piscine

porte coulissante se ferme mal et donc bruyant entre chambre et salle de bain trop peu de solutions pour poser ou accrocher dans la salle de bain Décoration agréable et de bon niveau mais sans référence au passé des lieux dans les chambres et dans la plupart des parties communes
