"BE CAREFUL! Loud construction work noise (mid May 26)"

OK apartment, OK location, clean and lots of amenities.

There was very loud and continuous construction work in an adjacent apartment—power tools breaking walls or something similar—which we weren't informed about before our arrival. We couldn't stay inside because of the noise, and we were told it could continue until 19:00. The owner’s response was that it wasn't his concern. We had to leave early and pay for alternative accommodation, yet we received no apology, sympathy, or refund. As frequent travelers who have stayed in hundreds of places, we have never encountered such an experience or attitude.

"Good value for a short stay"

Location is very good. Communication with host simple via WhatsApp. CheckIn and CheckOut very easy. Perfect for short stay.

Apartment does not have a proper coffee-machine. Sofa is not the most comfortable, but for on night stay it was fine.

"Super apartment in a fabulous location."

The apartment was very well equipped for three of us in an excellent location in the historic part of Genova. Easy access to Metro and the Red Bus tour stop 2. Lovely places to eat down side alleyways - excellent coffee shop nearby. Frederica the host was excellent - all instructions clear and she stayed in touch. Would definitely stay here again.

W ostatniej chwili obiekt odwołał rezerwację bo podobno wynajął go wcześniej i nie zgłosili tego na Booking. Stworzyło to nie małe problemy i sporo stresu. Będąc już na miejscu musiałem szybko znaleźć inną rezerwację. Dodatkowo straciłem opłatę za taxi.

The apartment was big and cozy. It was great to have a washing machine. It was walking distance to the port and very good food.

The apartment was amazing but as 2 single females we felt unsafe when the sun went down.
