The beds are horrible. With every small movement, it feels like it wants to fall apart under you, and it's also very loud and uncomfortable. It was incredibly cold in the room. The whole house is very chaotic, not very clean. The garden and the pool are neglected, the pictures do not reflect the reality. The staff are strange and don't speak English. Upon our arrival, we waited 40 minutes for a receptionist to appear. When a man appeared, he had no idea we were going, he tried to speak to us in Italian, but since we didn't speak a common language, he left instead. Another guest told a girl to help, but she wasn't too interested in us being able to check in quickly either. The next day, unfortunately, we were 15 minutes late at checkout, but the girl looked at us as if we were the worst people in the world. I know that the room has to be cleaned, but considering that we waited 1 hour to be allowed into the room, they could have been more flexible. I had a bad feeling every moment in this place, I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

Spacious and well equipped house, It ticks all boxes. Friendly volunteers ready to help at all times if needed. ;) the supermarket is only a few minutes walk. I extended my stay, happy customer! :)

Good location

I don't really get why this place costs almost 50eur per night for a room. It's very neglected globally. - the room stinks humidity and the mattress seems very old and uncomfortable. - you can hear literally everything in the room on the ground floor. There was noise untill midnight every day and people start to get up around 7h30. I wore earplugs all the 3 nights but was still bothered by the noise - The kitchen is literally disgusting - the atmosphere seems kind of unhealthy, people (including employees) smoking and drinking all night long at the entrance...and the smoke goes inside the building as the door is constantly open - hot water doesn't work properly and sometimes you get cold water out of nothing, probably when the second bathroom is used. Really annoying. - globally neglected - old and cheap equipment, including towels, decoration...there is even not a little table to put your stuff on in the room. We had to put everything on the ground - for me there was no surfer vibe, so if you look for a place to stay with other surfers or people who are into sport, it's not the best place
