What a fantastic resort! We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day break Apurva Kempinski. The room, restaurants, facilities and the service were all top notch and I can highly recommend the venue. A special shout out to the following staff who's level of service was world standard: Darma at the Pala Restaurant, Denny at the Pala Rooftop Bar, Dian at the Izakaya By Oku Restaurant and Segita at the Reef Beach Club.

Stunning grounds but service is a hit and miss, perhaps because it’s so big. It was worth a try once, but probably won’t be coming back again. We went to anantara Ubud and oberoi Seminyak, the and service was great at both places, much better than what we got at Kempinski. Still a fantastic hotel, but can improve

We came for one night, but when we arrived and took a look at the place, we immediately decided to book for another night. Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, the service and the resturants. The room was perfect and clean! Will definetly come back

The Good - Exceptional resort. Huge one. It's a destination resort. When you stay here , explore the resort at leisure. Many pools, one pool for kids with slides. Many restraunts, the Pala rooftop restraunt is amazing, so is the Koral. It's just at the beach. Everyone is helpful. Kids are engaged all the time. Stayed in Ocean front Private pool Junior suite. Guests staying in Suites get some options at 10th and 9th floor lounges which are wonderful. Opportunity - Saw fungus/ mould in the lift nearest to my room. Lifts nearer to ocean need more maintenance. The lights in the room need to be looked into.

Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made every moment of our stay unforgettable. They were always one step ahead, ensuring that every part of our journey exceeded expectations. I also want to give special recognition to Arya, the Cliff Lounge Manager. What an outstanding level of service he provides. One morning, our breakfast was slightly delayed, and he personally came to apologize on behalf of his team and assured us it wouldn’t happen again. His sincerity, leadership, and attention to detail truly reflect world-class hospitality. Our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was extraordinary from start to finish. We stayed in the Cliff Suite on the 11th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking — a perfect blend of ocean, sky, and the beauty of Bali. The suite was luxurious, peaceful, and designed for complete comfort. The Cliff Lounge was another highlight. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently provided outstanding service. The afternoon tea experience was amazing, and every visit felt special thanks to the team’s dedication. The rooftop drinks at Pala Restaurant were fantastic. The variety and quality of the drinks were impressive, and the fact that they’re complimentary for Cliff Suite guests made the experience even better. The resort also offers around six incredible restaurants, each competing in quality and flavor. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and showcased the high standards of this “Land of Gods.” Overall, The Apurva Kempinski Bali exceeded every expectation—exceptional service, stunning views, world-class dining, and a team that genuinely cares. I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to returning soon.
