The facility was immaculate and constantly had staff doing maintenance and cleaning. The staff is very friendly and always greeting us. The Villas were well furnished with complimentary drinks/treats, along with access to a lounge that kept us fed with complimentary food and drinks. Very tasty. We loved the pool/spa facilities and restaurant option on the property. Also nice is that they regularly fumigate the property, so we did not get any bug bites! I also appreciated the bathroom facilities in the villa with a fancy bidet that kept our bums warm and clean — it even flushed itself :). Top notch facilities. Well done.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service, but the breakfast was a huge disappointment. This was my third visit to The Apurva Kempinski Bali and the first time I had breakfast here. I ordered bread with two poached eggs and mushrooms. What arrived was a single slice of bread with two eggs and very oily mushrooms, with no garnish or presentation whatsoever. The portion looked almost lost on the plate and was finished in just a few bites. Together with a latte, the bill came to around IDR 272,000, which felt extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity served. My two friends were equally disappointed with their breakfasts. The breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace with stunning views, although a large construction site nearby currently affects part of the atmosphere. However, the real issue was the food itself, which was far below expectations for a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, I also felt unwell shortly after eating. The hotel itself remains beautiful and the staff were professional and friendly, but the breakfast experience was one of the most disappointing meals I have had in Bali.

She was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the entire tour. Febriyani explained the different room categories, facilities, and unique features of the property in great detail, making it easy to understand the value and experience each option offers. Her warm personality, patience, and attention to detail made the tour both informative and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all our questions and ensured we felt comfortable and well-informed. Thanks to her excellent service, we left with a very positive impression of the hotel. Highly recommend requesting Febriyani if you’re considering a stay or would like a tour of the property. She truly represents the outstanding hospitality that The Apurva Kempinski Bali is known for.

What a place. Since we arrived till we left, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing. They were so helpfull and nothing was too much for them to assist with. It’s a beautiful setting and the everything was handled professionally. You don’t walk anywhere in the hotel complex without being greeted by a friendly face which made our stay so much more enjoyable. We will definitely visit again.

An outstanding hotel across every dimension of hospitality. The staff is extraordinary, and the facilities are 5-star. Food in every restaurant is beautifully prepared and served. The property is a very popular wedding venue due to its beauty, location, facilities, and service. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would happily return anytime.
