Great location in the heart of the old city but very quiet and easily accessed by the public transport. Interesting old style interior. All you need for cooking but not in the best condition and luck of non scratching utensils.

Cleaning can be much better: there is a lot of dust everywhere, the floor isn't properly washed. None of the interior doors are closing. Half of the lamps are not working or missing. In general an apartment requires a cosmetic renovation at least. Luck of manual citrus juice maker in the region full of tasty oranges. Just two rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay for the family. Last but not least we didn't get shampoo until our personal request and inside the shower was a simple soap instead of the shower gel.

La posizione

Innanzitutto entrando si avvertiva un'aria irrespirabile,la puzza di muffa nn mi ha fatto proprio dormire,mi mancava l'aria ed essendo pianterreno nn si poteva neanche aprire la finestra. Pessima anche la pulizia. Alle 10:10 ci hanno bussato alla porta per buttarci fuori dalla stanza, nonostante il giorno prima siamo arrivati tardi,ma comunque eravamo già pronti, perché nn vedevamo l'ora di andare, non capisco che fretta avessero le signore, considerato che le pulizie, da quello che abbiamo trovato, le fanno (male) in pochi minuti.

Não tivemoscafé da manhã, apenas ítens de preparo. Localização excelente, com estacionamento público não muito distante, Lugar central com acesso a vários pontos turísticos. Fica na região de Ortígia, maravilhosa!

A entrada do Condomínio é bastante descuidada e escura. Mas não interfere no apartamento propriamente dito

Really really enjoyed the stay ! A great spot and totally worth the price. The place has everything you need, and the location’s perfect. Marco was around if anything came up. Grazie ancora per averci lasciato soggiornare in questo appartamento magico !!

Great property in the heart of town! Would recommend to family and friends. We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys). It was clean and tidy.

Lovely cool & great size space, perfect to have a washing machine, great location all easy from here
