Rather rude person at check in desk. Would not split bill between my friends credit card & mine, which we always ask to do @ all hotels we stay at, have never been denied before. Very noisy fan in bathroom on same switch as light. The One inch step up going into bathroom can cause stumble going in or step down stumble, going out. Very noisy room where you can hear other guests talking. Toilet barely flushes. One of the very few places we stayed ever, that didn’t have even a minimal breakfast. Had we known there was a Super 8 in town would have stayed there! So needless to say we would never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone. Rather I would warn people to not stay there.☹️☹️☹️

Hotel staff was amazing, and the facilities were clean and good to stay in. Bar was nice and good was good too. The only reason I'd say not so great as it was $220 for an $100 room. Great authentic place but you are paying for the location. Cafe across the street I top notch too. Would stay again.

Facilities were older and need updating.

The only really good thing about this place is how close it was to the entrance of the park. The room was okay, but it’s very dated, and WiFi was almost nonexistent. Walls are paper thin, and there was large gaps in the door. The bar and restaurant were closed the day we arrived. It was open the following day, but we did not eat there. The place across the street, Beartooth Cafe, had absolutely delicious food, and would highly recommend them.
