"To notch customer service"

Such a quaint little accommodation. The owner was very friendly and provided much interesting information about the local area. The breakfast was great including home made preserves, nice touch. The room was spacious and clean, each room was themed and decorated thoughtfully, accordingly. What I most appreciated was the owners customer service. We had car trouble which delayed our stay by a day, and even though I wasnt able to contact the hotel until the morning of our stay, the owner didn't hesitate at all in switching our stay to the following day without any penalty. This made a stressful situation a bit less stressful THANKS!
