Localização.

Música alta o dia todo. A pia do banheiro está com baratas. Chuveiro precário. Quarto e instalações, no geral, prwcisam de manutenção. Zero acessibilidade, vi um hóspede em cadeira de rodas sendo levado na cadeira pela escada por outro hóspede, escada que estava super molhada por causa de chuva. Achei super perigoso.
