The location was very central, making it easy to reach most of the main sightseeing spots

There weren’t enough shampoo and conditioner available. When I asked for a refill, I was told it’s not a hotel, which felt unnecessary. I ended up buying my own shampoo. Clearer communication or a note in the listing would help manage expectations

Excellent location! 2 min walk to anywhere you want to go. The room is spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. They also have parking (for a small fee), which is very helpful! But importantly, the staff is wonderful - Nikos was very communicative and gave us excellent recommendations for around town and all of Crete. Highly recommended!!

Nothing not to like!

Amazing location. 2 minute walk to the old town. Literally perfect! 20 minutes from the airport and the check in was so simple with the host being available anytime you need Apartment was unbelievable! Everything has a remote! Open and close windows, open and close curtains- everything you need and more! Don’t hesitate- just book. What an amazing stay and place!!

WiFi was very very poor. Couldn’t watch Netflix or use due to poor to little connection

Everything! The place is so clean and pretty and its so close to the old town! We’d def come back!
