"Quiétude et confort cocoon"

Le côté très chaleureux de l'intérieur en ce compris les décorations de Noël à cette période, le calme, le rapport qualité-prix, l'accueil des hôtes et les conseils.

Le four qui fonctionne très mal, le côté chiche pour les commodités (4 capsules de café pour 5 personnes durant 3 jours; ou 2 tabs pour le lave-vaisselle), le surcoût pour l'utilisation du poêle à pellets, quelques toiles d'araignée dans le WC, un peu de salpêtre dans un coin du salon, l'obligation d'aller porter ses déchets triés à l'extérieur du logement (trier est normal, évacuer les déchets devrait être inclus dans le nettoyage du logement).
