Great cabins which really are as good as they look online: comfortable, modern and a great view of the aurora from your bed! Food was good, as were the staff (both hotel and activities). My only "complaint" would be that the sauna / hot tub was not included in the price: for a hotel as expensive as this I would have expected that to be free (not €100 per visit!). Also, could do with some additional eco-friendly waste bins in the cabins to allow separation of recyclables. Otherwise excellent and will definitely visit again :-)

Just a perfect stay door to door. Comfortable, warm and gorgeous.

das Hotel ist erst wenig Jahre alt und alles in Top Zustand. Die Aurora Cabins sind zwar recht klein aber sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die großen Fenster sind beheizbar falls es schneit, man hat ein Tablet an der Wand welches u. a. bimmelt wenn sie Northern Lights zu sehen sind uvm. das Essen im Hauptgebäude war durchweg sehr lecker und der Kaminbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Direkt auf dem Gelände werden diverse Aktivitäten wie u. a. Rentier-Schlittentour, Husky-Schlittentour, Schneemobil-Tour, Langlauf-Kurs, Schneeschuhwanderung.

Beautifully located in the middle of a typical lapland forest, secluded from everyone else (Levi Center 17km). Well designed and heated Aurora Cabins. Amazing view die to the half roof beeing held in glass which allows to spent time in the warm and cozy bed whilest watching the northern lights. Not much space for winter gear (you‘ll need several layers here -20/-30degrees cellcius) only one dresser available. I would have loved to know from the beginning how much the sauna and the hot tub would cost, which we only got to hear on our last day by a guest who was paying her sauna and hot tub. I prefer to be informed before spending money, how much it will cost. But this didn‘t change the private sauna and hot tub experience which helps you recover from the cold day and experienes. Great winter experiences such as husky rides or snowmobile tours can be booked (with very friendly, passionate and experiences guides, through the tablet in your room or you can use it to get in touch with the reception. Which by the way is always friendly and very helpful. Half-board is recommended because of the distance to other places. The à la carte menu was unfortunately not available due to covid restrictions. I missed choosing a burger and fries for dinner or even something else. The buffet has a good choice, but could still be more vast considering the level of hotel you‘re staying in. More typical lapland cuisine would have been appreciated to get the full load of the experience.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location with very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus relates to the lack of reinforcement of Covid-19 measures when it comes to buffet dining - hygiene should be the first priority and the hotel should try to ensure that guests follow basic rules.

Hyvä sijainti omassa rauhassa. Todella mukava palvelu ja hyviä aktiviteetteja (todella hyvä opas). Upeat puitteet. Myös ruoat todella maittavia ja monipuolisia.

The first day the sky was clear and we could see the northern lights. The place is amazing, the food it was pretty good. I’m so satisfied.

Yövyimme yhden yön perheen kanssa. Kokemus oli todella mieluinen. Mökit olivat todella siistit ja hienot. Ruokailu ja aamupala olivat otettu rajoitusten mukaisesti huomioon. Perheen pienimmälle oli pulkkamäki ja lumikengät käyttöön. Matkan kruunasi illalla nähdyt revontulet.

Hyvin oli kaikki hoidettu korona rajoituksista huolimatta. Mahtava kokemus oli ja revontulet kruunasi yön.
