직원들이 친절하였습니다. 위치도 아스타나 중심에서 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리라 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 좋았어요! 베개, 이불 커버를 직접 씌워야 해서 위생적인 것 같습니다. 실내화도 무료로 줍니다.😊 가성비 좋은 숙소였습니다.👍

It's a pretty comfortable hostel, kitchen area with drinking water and boiled water always available. I stayed in the private room, which i was very happy with, then switched to the female dorm, which is also fine just a bit cramped. Free laundry every 3 days is amazing! Good bathrooms, I was able to shower as soon as I arrived early in the morning. And a good location just a bit out of the centre but as ever in central asia, yandex is your friend. Zebra nearby has great plant milk coffee. Big shoutout to Aruzhan, who speaks English, is very sweet and incredibly kindly researched and made me an urgently needed manicure appointment as soon as i arrived, which made my life much easier. She also gave me some washing powder for my next apartment stay🫶she really elevated the hostel experience!

Walking distance to everything, market next door. Super spacious (private room) and very clean. Staff was very helpful with getting us sorted for local transport. All super smooth.
