"My room is not the right place for relaxation!"

No breakfast there. # Walking distances to Da lat market which also where the night-market is; lake Xuan Huong; GO mall; family restaurants ; one of the biggest bakery Lien Hoa. # Very noisy because my room is at the front, opposite to a bigger hotel and some nearby hotels and two sides are separated by a narrow street. Not much privacy there! This hotel also situated near the end of a slope where automobiles need to use more power to go up.

"We were denied any access and never see the Hotel with naked eyes. Why did we receive this survey?"

I would like its location and its name of "Thanh Thanh"!

It should be better if the Hotel did not send me a letter of cancellation overnight and received at 4 AM next morning (the date we left our previous City for it)! Why did you not know that we could not get the booked rooms?
