Garden Basement - Seminterrato Max 4 Ospiti - Fiumicino vicino Aeroporto e Fiera

Spacious apartment in a very nice quiet cul de sac. Short walk to a supermarket and a good restaurant just around the corner. The large property has a lovely well-tended garden and huge lawn. Great staff, very helpful, and good communication.

It was a good experience to stay with. Antonio was very helpful and guided us well everytime I ask him about the transportation. It was clean and love to stay in the garden for a quiet moment.

Well at first I regret to book with them , I saw its close to the airport that's why I book but then i realize its far from the center of Rome.But with help of Antonio we've got an idea on how to access for the transportation specially to Metro which leads us to some attractions somewhere Ostia.So overall we're still happy with them😁

Clean and quiet

We were first assigned to an underground room with mold smell. We were told the previous tenants caused the odor which is not true because I know what mold smell is and it is unhealthy. Luckily we were moved to a better room.

Very close to the airport. Clean neighborhood, unlike the rest of Rome. The agent meets you at the property during working hours.

This is a basement apartment with the dwarf door. You will need to duck down to get into the apartment. The doorway was small, even for our kids. Low ceiling. You can hear other tenants walking and moving chairs very well in the apartment above. Had a lukewarm shower in the evening. The water was hot in the morning though.

The staff was very helpful and friendly
