The guest house appeared to be in everything beyond our expectations. Hearty welcome and farewell from the owners, eagerness to help and tips on local highlights, comfortably furnished and equipped apartment with everything one will need for a few days stay and absolutely marvellous surrounding - the very heart of the Bavarian Forest resort, yet in close proximity by car to amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We felt ourselves at home. As a person with a travelling bag I can say without dought - it´s the best gesthouse I have ever stayed at. Lenka and Martin, you are the best hosts, my husband and I will certainly come back. Czech and Russian are also spoken in this guest house.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

In der Pension Alte Schmiede ist es sehr gemütlich. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und man hat sich nett unterhalten. An dem Appartement gefiel uns besonders, dass es einen abgetrennten Schlafraum gibt. Schön ist auch der Zutritt vom Wohnzimmer sowie auch vom Schlafzimmer auf den großen Balkon. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Super Service

Very friendly hosts (even Czech speaking!), comfortable rooms with balcony, great breakfast and dinner, nice restaurant terrace, nice and quiet location.

Sevuce was good. Food bought and cooked fresh. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every second day or so.

Nothing. Would go back again.
