We are unhappy about this place and would like to file a complaint. There are several reasons: 1) the room has very thin walls and it’s next to the toilet, we can hear everything 2) we can also hear all the noises in the street because the windows are also thin 3) this place is not located in Alfama neighbourhood - which it was in my filters to choose a place to stay-. We are a group of people travelling together and we are the only ones that are outside of Alfama which is inconvenient. At the time of booking I didn’t know how far it would be and I trusted the search engine to filter the apartments that were in the neighbourhood. 4) not suited for a comfortable stay. My bedside tables have only a socket next to it, which means that if you want to charge your phone over night you’ve got to unplug the table lamp. 5) there is no storage space, only 6 hangers and ONE shelf that I can’t even reach because it’s so high up. 6) the pillows have a few cotton balls in them; the most uncomfortable I have slept on in my life. La habitación como tal pequeña sin sitio donde poner las maletas. El baño es compartido y eso no lo pone en las características. Sin calefacción en el baño. No tiene aparcamiento y está en una zona muy complicada para aparcar.

Good value for money. Nice and clean. Vinicius was very helpful and friendly. Free fruit and coffee. Would definitely recommend

The shower took a long time to drain after each shower, and there appears to be some plumbing issues throughout the property. But overall, it’s was ok... Breakfast was available, but pretty limited by US standards.

Be aware that this is not a hotel in the traditional sense; it's a collection of 3-bedroom apartments in an apartment building and you are renting one bedroom. No problem for us, but we did have some very inconsiderate room-mates who made a lot of noise and kept leaving the front door wide open. The apartment was beautiful and clean, the location was very convenient for us and the staff we met were very very helpful. Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one shared between two rooms, and a 3rd room with its own bathroom) a lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen and a set of French doors that in our apartment opened out onto a terraced area (accessible by stairs from the apartments above ours). Our room was also at the front of the building and had a balcony with a small table and chairs where we sat to eat our breakfast. Vinicius welcomed us on our arrival, and in the days before our arrival was very communicative via WhatsApp. We were able to check in early and begin exploring Lisbon immediately. The neighbourhood the apartments are in is a bit rough-and-ready looking, but is safe and pleasant. It's not a major tourist area, but is a very short walk to the Metro green line (Intendente station). There is a small branch of the French supermarket chain My Auchan on the same street, and if you walk down to the main road (Ave. Alm Reis) there are several small local Pastelaria (pastry shops). We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The apartment was clean, newly decorated & located close to the metro, allowing easy access to Lisbon’s attractions.

Guesthouse is 2 floors in an apartment so don’t expect to see a detached B&B feel or a hotel atmosphere. You get a room within a flat. I booked a room with private bathroom, but private bathroom was outside the room (room #11). So you need to walk outside your room to a semi-public area within the flat, lock your room, unlock your bathroom, lock from behind, have a shower, leave lock it, unlock your room. All in all not a big deal, but was slightly inconvenient. If you will stay 1-2 nights fine, but it may be annoying longer. Owner wasn’t present during my checkin but he was super nice and helpful. Location is good, very close Intendentr metro station. There is a Lidl supermarket in very short walk in case you need. Room was extremely small, literally just a bed.
