Bel accueil, elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer les attraits, très bel hébergement, vue magnifique sur le lac et très bien situé. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Tres bon emplacement le lac et le parc a proximite a pied. Personnel tres aceuillant. Proprete des lieux bonne. Par contre le lit etait inconfortable

Acceuil très chaleureux de Claudia et service et conseils resto et activités exceptionnelles. Belle vue sur le lac avec accès pour baignade et kayak. Déjeuner copieux fait maison.

Un manoir de charme avec un service personnalisé et chaleureux. Le déjeuner est excellent avec des produits de qualité. Une expérience à renouveler!

The advertised restaurant was not available for dinners. The lack of furniture in rooms made it difficult to sit comfortably in. The staff was helpful in getting ice, replacing broken coffee machine, and giving directions. The location was good.

A very nice place close to all in Lac Mergantic. The room was clean and fairly large. The same for the bathroom. The staff was friendly and the hotel is on the lake so you can sit in a few chairs by the shore of the lake. There is a charge for breakfast,. The rooms are on the 2nd and third floor. There is no elevator so. you must climb one to two flights of stairs to reach your room. I think the price is reasonable for the area.

Amazing hotel and amazing location. We enjoyed the stay. Junior Suite is awesome.
