Very honest and friendly owner, he showed everything and was really friendly. Really spacious and comfortable apartment, cozy room for kids. kitchen with all the equipment that you need. Washing machine and comfortable beds.

Really not clean, requires general cleaning, looks like it wasn't cleaned generally in years. There was no garbage or other unclean areas on general surfaces, but all the corners and parts of the kitchen really requires good cleaning. Bad sound isolation in the balcony, if there are other guests in the apartment nearby you can hear everything what they are talking and doing.
