Koon Hotel Sukhumvit

The place is amazing just like the pictures, the employees so friendly, and nice. The location not bad you have multiple convenient stores and washing service right a cross the hotel.

I liked everything

Stoyan was very lively and helped us have an amazing experience. He was helpful and communicative and joyful. Loved the vibe :)

Lobby looks nice and makes you think it's a nice hotel

The shower was freezing, I complained about it multiple times and nothing happened. The bathroom is also incredibly small. Shuttles took forever to get to the BTS and mrt, it's far from the stations. The hotel didn't have a luggage weighing scale and were very unhelpful when asking them about our luggage Booked a double bed but they just put two twin beds together, so there was a gap between the beds. WiFi is pretty slow and disconnects often. Soundproofing is also not good as I can hear most things in the nearby lobby when people wait for the lift.

The Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, rooms were cleaned everyday,

The Soi was difficult to find, the street sign was obscured from the mani Soi 107. even more so after dark, tried the breakfast (0600 - 10.00) at different times from 0730 - 0900 but the food was not kept warm at anytime I tried they did not seem keep the trays warm, asked for a fresh cooked egg, the cook brought out a tray of eggs put them in the serving tray but they were still Cold, the Rice and other Asian Dishes were at best just warm

The lobby is great for working, rooms are good and clean.

It's a little bit far away from city centre, but you can easily reach it with Taxi
