Apartamentos los Aljezares

Tuvimos un inconveniente con el apartamento y lo resolvieron de una manera muy eficaz.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de zonas verdes, tranquila y con todo lo necesario en el alojamiento para pasar el fin de semana

El mantenimiento de la casa, hay varias zonas descuidadas.

LOCALIZACION DENTRO DEL PUEBLO

FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS INSTALACIONES EN GENERAL: TIRADOR DE ALCACHOFA DEL BAÑO SUELTO, TAPA DE LA TAZA DEL BATER SUELTO, TIRATOR DEL BATER ROTO, FALTABA ALGUN LADRILLO EN EL BAÑO, AL ENTRAR EN LA CASA OLÍA MAL (COMO A PERRO O HUMEDAD), UN SILLON DEL SALÓN SUCIO (SE APRECIABA QUE HABÍAN ESTADO AHI PERROS), TIRADOR DEL LAVAVAJILLAS ROTO.

- Lovely small apartment in the heart of the village, nicely restored in historical neighbourhood - Great heating, so perfect for the colder seasons - Price/quality ratio is good - Easy communication and easy to pick up keys - You can easily park 3min walk from the place - Lovely walks nearby - Albarracin is only ~18min drive

- The apartment was quite small (seemed much larger at photos), so for family of 4 it was quite packed - No sponge and detergent to wash dishes (but it has dishwasher, which we didn't want to use for 1-2 cups) - Not a negative, just a note, don't drive next to the apartment door by car if you've a large car or are not feeling comfortable driving in very-very narrow spaces, the exit from the street is the narrowest one I've ever driven :)

El apartamento es muy acogedor. Es una casa de pueblo reformada. El pueblo donde está ubicado es muy tranquilo y agradable para pasear.

No tengo ningún punto negativo.

Very central

Our accommodation said it had mountain views. It was the ground floor with tiny windows and no views. So little light came in and it felt like a cave and you did not want to be inside during the day. The photos on the website did not match our accommodation. The photos were of a more spacious apartment with a proper dining room. There was no dining room or even a place to have a dinner table. There was a folding, tiny table which you had to move the coffee table by the sofa out the way to fold the table and eat right next to the bathroom door. There were only 3 dining table chairs. The place is for 4 people. So we had to eat on the sofa. The bathroom has mould on the walls and ceiling. The downstairs bedroom heating did not work. So it was very cold. Someone came to fix it but it did not get fixed. We had to call the owner at 11 pm to come and fix it. The owner did send someone immediatley at 11pm but told us off for leaving it so late to call. The person tried but the heating did not get fixed downstairs. The bathroom did not have a shower cubicle so when having a shower all the floor of the bathroom would get wet. We were not given a code for the wifi and had to ask the person who came round at 11 pm for the code. We needed wifi to watch netflix on the laptop. Watching tv was very inconvenient. The room was so small that the tv was placed on the wall to the side of the sofa. No one can turn their heads 90 degrees to watch that tv. There were only 2 large towels given for 4 of us. Overall, the place was way more expensive than it should have been. If it had been half the price I could accept and understand these faults but it was not.

Las camas eran muy cómodas

El baño, tenía humedades. Además no había plato de ducha y el agua salia por todos lados. Es recomendable ir con chanclas. Apenas se veia el espejo de la poca luz que había. En la habitación de abajo hacia frío, la calefacción no calentaba suficiente.
