The Secure Inn Hotel

The staff were friendly and so very helpful. The menu and n the room service was great. The property had a very nice place to relax and dance and great breakfast.

Bedsheets clean and comfortable mattress

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The hotel was unbelievably noisy, with people partying, giggling, and laughing loudly all night long. We couldn’t fall asleep until after 3 a.m., which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were never informed in advance that there would be a party, a DJ, or loud music coming from the lounge. Had we known, we would have never booked this hotel. On top of the noise, the hallways and room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making the situation even more unpleasant. The staff did offer to change our room, but the new room was just as loud as the original one, so it solved nothing. Moving rooms late at night only added to the frustration. If you value sleep, peace, or basic comfort, do not stay here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
