Appartamento ristrutturato recentemente con entrata indipendente, dotato di allarme e Wi-Fi, servizio di guardia giorno e notte. Piscina all’interno della struttura e vista mare; vicinanza a 2 supermercati di cui uno interno alla struttura, vicinanza a molti locali in cui mangiare e posto auto all’interno del cortile.

Un po’ distante dal centro e dalla spiaggia di Los Cristanos raggiungibile comunque a piedi anche dal lungomare che inizia proprio sotto la struttura.
