Perla Nera Suites

The service was good the location was fine but the way to hotel was a bit scary during the night. the worst part was it was really noisy during the morning. the Jakuji was not that hot and clean....

Sadly, it was not as expected. Perla Neira was further from center than we thought and on a very noisy main road. Also, though the staff were very friendly I emailed twice asking for directions. My email reply simply said “thank you for the information” even though I asked a question. In addition, the towels and robe felt like loofahs!! If we return to Santorini, we will stay at another hotel.

First of all the location of this property is absolutely beautiful. You are right in front of the ocean Interview at all times is absolutely breathtaking. You may want to enjoy this beautiful view from your own personal Jacuzzi, except for the fact that the water does not heat up. What’s the point of having a personal Jacuzzi that doesn’t work. When we asked the staff they said that it only worked during the day while the sun was out from 11 to 4 in the daytime what the heck is that supposed to mean. Your Jacuz and the view at all times is absolutely breathtaking. You may want to enjoy this beautiful view from your own personal Jacuzzi, except for the fact that the water does not heat up. What’s the point of having a personal Jacuzzi that doesn’t work. When we asked the staff they said that it only worked during the day while the sun was out from 11 to 4 in the daytime what the heck is that supposed to mean. I think their Jacuzzi is warmed up by sunlight that’s just weird.

Paghi a cifre da 5 stelle ma non ti portano nemmeno le valigie in camera , la doccia aveva diversi problemi dal soffione rotto che schizzava da tutte le parti e con una pressione leggerissima se volevi l’acqua calda , al chiusino intasato con conseguente acqua che trasbordava fuori e nauseante puzza di fogna Ho trascorso 1 sola notte qui e altre due presso un altra struttura che a parità di prezzo ne vale 100000!!! Non è stata a mio parere una esperienza positiva

i liked the fact that the property was walking distance to the strip of Caldera view, famous white houses, shops, restaurants etc..no need to call cab. i also liked that the property contacted me to arrange transportation upon my arrival to Santorini.this was a plus for me since it was my first time visiting.The ladies at the front desk were so helpful with suggestions and recommendations on what to do and they helped arrange everything for us

場所的にも繁華街からは少し離れていて静かでとてもリラックスするにはいいホテルでした。 お部屋も清潔で広く過ごしやすかったです。 レセプションが24時間やっていないので24時間やっていればより良かったかなと思います。

Clean room. Friendly and excellent service. Great breakfast. About 3-5 minutes driving to Fira center.

Nice hotel but far from the city and did not meet my expectations. Also poor breakfast

Amazing stay at this hotel. Everyone was always very welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast served in the bedroom and it’s at a walking distance from the city centre. In our arrival the person on reception gave us a lot of tips and suggested a lot of things to do as well sandra restaurants to go. I had an amazing stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean, had friendly service and good amenities. The breakfast was really good as well with many options to choose from. The location is great in Fira because it's quiet but still easy to reach to the town center of Fira.
