Struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente. Francesca, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni che occorrono. Dista dalla stazione di La Spezia Centrale circa 5 minuti di auto, quindi ottima base per visitare le 5 terre in treno. Parcheggio pubblico comodo e disponibile sotto la struttura.

Nulla. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto: la distanza dal centro: 1,5 km a piedi.

"Solo para una noche"

No es un hotel sono mas bien un hostal pero las Habitaciones son bien equipadas, muy limpio. Perfecto para una noche.

No es 100% privado Son 3 piezas con baño pero comparten un área común muy pequeña. Si el otro pasajero es muy ruidoso puede ser complicado

Mooie ingerichte kamer en zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. We kregen uitgebreide informatie en de gastvrouw had goede tips voor restaurants. De winkel aan de overkant was handig voor onze boodschappen voor het zelfgeregelde ontbijt op onze kamer.

Volgens de informatie op Booking.com konden we openbaar parkeren voor € 0.75 per uur, maar dit mocht maximaal 2 uur. Gratis parkeren kon een stuk verderop, na kantoortijd. Het ontbijt was buiten de deur en bestond uit 1 kop koffie, 1 glas water en 1 brioche, de rest moest worden bijbetaald.
