the rooms are clean and very comfortable for a couple, the room has everything you need for life, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a kitchen stove

there were problems but the owner quickly solved them for which I express special thanks

I stayed here for a week and it was a great choice. The room was clean, the wifi was fast and reliable, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet making it easy to sleep. Highly recommend!

The guys at the front desk are very friendly and chilled. Helped us with carrying the bags to our room. Always had a smile and a hello. Great location, very quiet, the apartment was fully equiped with good wifi.

Unfortunately the beds are some of the firmest we’ve slept on and found it difficult to sleep. If a bed topper was included it would make all the difference. The hot water can take a long time to come through.

Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the sea. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The beach is clean, there are sun loungers for rent. The apartments are clean, there are necessary kitchen utensils. A maid comes once every 3 days.

We searched for a long time to find a place with separate spaces. We got a room with a view of the neighboring building, and at first, I was a bit disappointed. But in reality, it turned out to be a plus—it was quiet, with no outside noise, and there was still plenty of natural light, so it wasn't a problem at all. We also really liked the host; you can see that she takes great care of the house. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Another great feature is that you can exchange currency and crypto right on the ground floor—super convenient! Plus, the guys handling the exchange downstairs look like security, so no strangers will enter the building. It feels very safe. Thank you for the cozy stay! The neighborhood is also great.

I absolutely loved it. Its beautiful, modern, and very clean. It has everything you need an more. Microwave, hotplate, washing machine (clean and easy to use), fridge, utensils, cutlery, kitchenware, TV (with a few English channels), cupboards for clothes, hairdryer (not too powerful), very comfortable bed and pillows, aircon and fan. Very safe area, close to everything you need (convenience stores, spa, beach, restaurants). They close the building at night, but you still have access, no matter what time of the night. WIFI is good. A lot of power points in the apartment. No elevator, but that is not a problem (they help with the bags). Very friendly, and nice host and staff. The room on the 3rd floor does not have an ocean view, but you can see the palm trees.

The warm water pressure was extremely poor (not ideal for winter), but the cold water pressure was great, so that's ideal for summer time! The building is not sound proof. I stayed on the 3rd floor, and i could hear the neighbours on the 4th floor... walking, moving furniture and even flushing the toilet.. The street is sometimes a bit noisy at times. There were no hand wash, so i bought my own.
