It’s close to everything

The rooms could be cleaned a lot better. I had food all splattered in the microwave still and utensils in the kitchen had dried food still on them in the draws. The shower drain kept blocking up every 10 secs and had to wait 2 mins for it to go down or bathroom would flood. There was no staff to talk to I checked out about 9am and reception was still closed. I’ve stayed in the cabins before n they were a lot better than the motel rooms.

Motel was within walking distance of Gladstone station.

Bed was stiff, room was old and run down. No wifi and the floor around the shower/toilet hadn't been cleaned properly as there was hair on the floor as well as a strong stench in the shower like it hadn't been cleaned properly either as well as a big cockroach scurrying around the bottom of the shower.

Location was good.

Could have been cleaner, Nowhere to sit and relax, table and chairs in room way to cheap and uncomfortable. Fridge door missing all its shelves , so all drinks had to be laid on shelves. Light at table did not work and missing lens.

Dirty fans beds etc, lack access to management, no hand soap, milk or assistance in obtaining same . Did not come up to standard portrait on Booking . Com . Last words would not recommend as was Dirty , filthy and very unacceptable. 🤮😢
