Being spoken too by a female in management poorly when I asked a simple question. Was made to feel incompetent and unwanted at the premises. Internet still didnt work after horrid conversation with staff. Looks nothing like the photos, half the lights in the room didnt work. Dirty plates / cups. No toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Springs in mattresses felt like they were sticking out and into our backs. Pool filthy, poor lighting.

No wifi in our room. Told there was wifi it said online there was wifi but it did not work. Sofa bed super uncomfortable for our son. He slept on floor it was that uncomfortable. Asked for a refund on nights we did not stay and were not given refund and no communication regarding this. Super disappointed, would not recommend if you need wifi and a comfortable bed.
