"enjoy the old German hospitality"

Very good location outside Mainz yet a very short distance by car, in a lovely small city. CB Becker is a very friendly family run B&B hotel, located into an old building in the very center of the city. Cozy German atmosphere goes together with a passion of the family for movies, with a lot of memorabilia and souvenirs hanging at the wall. You feel to be guest of the family, and definitely the atmosphere is that, not the one of a typical anonymous "me too" hotel. Rooms are very cozy, old German style yet with all comforts (even kettle is provided) The right German breakfast prepared by Mrs Claudia herself, always with a smile, will shoot you into a new day. Parking place in front of hotel is limited, but a few yards driving downwards you can find ample public park possibilities. The street of the city surrounding hotel are quite narrow (basically one way alternate), so recommended to drive "big" car just to parking. Flawless wifi. Very good sleeping comfort: (no need to put the wake up call... at 6.30 am church bells are happily telling you it's time to wake up! hotel is a Garni (aka B&B English): for lunch/dinner you have several possibilities at walking distance. Let your car therefore take a rest in the parking lot and enjoy the nice walk in Nieder-Olm. Thanks for hospitality!

Very nice , cosy hotel , in Nieder Olm . Very friendly and nice service .by Mrs Claudia Becker Very nice restaurant traditional German food and good beers Try the Schnizels !!! Typical German hotel and restaurant Germans call this Uhrig . .

"Cute Local Hotel"

Claudia is very hospitable at the CB Hotel Becker. The rooms are all very nice, although no AC, there are fans and since it is not on a main street, having windows open is no problem. Some rooms face west, so if you stay during summer, you may prefer a room on the side of the building. Breakfast buffet is very good with fresh boiled eggs offered in addition to typical German breakfast.

"Eclectic, eccentric but fun!"

A locals favorite! Very, very traditional German hotel/inn - which means no elevator. Local owners are a treat to interact with. Only breakfast was being served while we were there because they didn't have the staff to open the dining room but that may have changed by now. Not easy to find - but your GPS will get you there.
