This is the best hotel in Modesto. I travel frequently for work and stay here whenever I can. All rooms have a small kitchen (stove, full size fridge, and kitchen sink), dining area, and couch. They are comfortable for extended stays and close to 99. Front desk staff is always wonderful, and the whole place is squeaky clean. Well worth the extra money!

"Not Pet Freindly"

Hotels.com DID NOT indicate there was a $100 non refundable pet fee. I would not have booked had I known this. Pet Friendly? I don’t think so. I’ll never use Hotels.com again nor a Marriott

Only thing that made it not a 10/10 hotel stay was the fact that covid restrictions put a damper on some of there awesome amenities. Which isnt the hotels fault. But 5 stars!! Everything was awesome
